In-flight Activator

Configurable, 100 % analogue switch

A purely mechanical switch whose switching criterion is the air pressure generated by the motion of the body it is mounted on. The operator picks the trigger point by turning a crown — no tools, no software.

It carries no electronics, consumes no energy and offers nothing that can be jammed. It is not a finished product: it is the component that makes other products possible, from a reserve parachute to a passive railway overspeed backup.
