THE ATTACKER
IS NOW THE
EXPENSIVE ONE.

A passive barodynamic interception system that neutralises drones, turbofan cruise missiles and ramjet supersonic missiles using standard NATO artillery — no electronics, no battery, no software.

The structural asymmetry

A FPV drone costs €500.
A PAC-3 MSE interceptor costs €4,000,000.
The attacker fields 8,000 drones per interceptor.

No conventional kinetic inventory can hold economically.

The invention

A spindle-spring-cap mechanism in which the cap is released by spring force when a specific aerodynamic pressure threshold is reached. The shell deploys its payload at the precise point in the threat's trajectory.

No electronics. No battery. No active guidance. No software. Field-tunable without tools or part replacement.

The same mechanism scales from 12-gauge shotgun shell to 155mm artillery round. One patent. Multiple payloads. Multiple platforms.

Three payloads — one platform

The gun doesn't change.
The ammunition does.

C-UAS
CUAS

Dyneema SK78 net + tungsten ballasts deployed in the rotor path of drones or in the compressor path of subsonic turbofan cruise missiles.

Kill mechanism: mechanical FOD + kinetic impact
Platforms: 12ga · 40mm · 76mm
Targets: FPV drones · Exocet · Harpoon · Kh-35 · Kalibr · Tomahawk
Anti-ramjet
FOUL

Thixotropic fouling gel deployed as a persistent cloud in the flight path of supersonic ramjet missiles. No filters in a ramjet — direct ingestion into combustion chamber.

Kill mechanism: thermal/chemical fouling
Platforms: 76mm · 155mm
Targets: CM-302 · BrahMos · Onyx P-800
Anti-guidance
PEM

Flux Compression Generator payload that destroys guidance electronics — INS, GPS, FADEC — regardless of the propulsion state of the target.

Kill mechanism: EM pulse · guidance disruption
Platforms: 76mm · 155mm cluster
Targets: any actively guided threat

The economic argument

For the first time, the defender
has the cost advantage.

Threat Threat cost (USD est.) DEVIPER engagement (€ · 100k vol.) Ratio
FPV drone swarm ×10~$50,000~€200×250 cheaper
Exocet AM39~$800,000~€450×1,780 cheaper
Harpoon Block II~$1,410,000~€450×3,133 cheaper
CM-302 / YJ-12 (ramjet)~$1,000,000~€750×1,333 cheaper
BrahMos · 14km cruise~$4,850,000~€500×9,700 cheaper

PCT window — financed by licensee

Initial engagement with European defence primes confirmed. Active contacts in Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. Field validation programme underway.

Investment structure

Two seed rounds.
Independent entry points.

Trigger: Seed A data positive
Seed B

Layer 2 — Certified ballistic validation and PCT. Entry with Seed A de-risked.

  • INTA certified ballistic testing
  • Real Cd values · CFD or wind tunnel
  • Ramjet motor bank test (gel fouling)
  • PCT international filing
  • LOI or term sheet with acquirer
CDTI co-financing up to 70% · non-dilutive

Exit model — sell & run

DEVIPER does not manufacture or distribute. The model is the sale or licence of the patent to a defence prime or ammunition manufacturer with existing production and distribution capacity. Target minimum lump-sum: €30,000,000. Alternative: 4–6% royalty on production under exclusive geographic licence. Early investor recovery structured at transaction close.
