The invention
A spindle-spring-cap mechanism in which the cap is released by spring force when a specific aerodynamic pressure threshold is reached. The shell deploys its payload at the precise point in the threat's trajectory.
No electronics. No battery. No active guidance. No software. Field-tunable without tools or part replacement.
The same mechanism scales from 12-gauge shotgun shell to 155mm artillery round. One patent. Multiple payloads. Multiple platforms.
Three payloads — one platform
Dyneema SK78 net + tungsten ballasts deployed in the rotor path of drones or in the compressor path of subsonic turbofan cruise missiles.
Thixotropic fouling gel deployed as a persistent cloud in the flight path of supersonic ramjet missiles. No filters in a ramjet — direct ingestion into combustion chamber.
Flux Compression Generator payload that destroys guidance electronics — INS, GPS, FADEC — regardless of the propulsion state of the target.

DEVIPER does not manufacture or distribute. The model is the sale or licence of the patent to a defence prime or ammunition manufacturer with existing production and distribution capacity. Target minimum lump-sum: €30,000,000. Alternative: 4–6% royalty on production under exclusive geographic licence. Early investor recovery structured at transaction close.
